The Urban Chamber Community Development Corporation is launching an innovative initiative that will provide 100 minority business owners in the greater Las Vegas area with access to intensive support services to stabilize and grow their business. Given the high failure rate of small businesses in America, particularly among those that are Minority-Owned, there is a dire need for more comprehensive and intensive entrepreneurial programs and services that extend beyond offering multi-week workshops and networking events. This includes providing more personalized attention in the form of one-on-one business coaching and mentorship over several months rather than just a few weeks.
The Online Training Institute was created by the Urban Chamber Community Development Corporation to serve as an additional resource for local business owners. More specifically, the Online Platform provides busy entrepreneurs with the flexibility and convenience to take online courses specifically targeted to helping entrepreneurs increase the revenue, profitability, and efficiency of their business. Our initial Course offerings are focused on the topic of A.I. and how it can be utilized in business. Over time, our goal is to develop a library of online content that covers a wide range of entrepreneurial and workforce development topics.
