Leaha Crawford is the founder and Chief Executive Officer for Crawford Management Group CMG. Ms. Crawford has more than 25 years of experience in the accounting industry working in Washington, D.C., Chicago, and Las Vegas. The company’s clientele is extensive and varied including charter schools, restaurateurs, mortuaries, nonprofit organizations, and campaign finance. Crawford Management Group is committed to providing financial services that afford clients the freedom to focus on their business with sound peace of mind.
Ms. Crawford is the host of “The Tax Boutique”, the radio show airs the 2nd Monday at 9am in KCEP, Power 88.1. Ms. Crawford also cohosts “Let’s Talk with Leaha and Rhonda’ which airs weekly on Saturday morning on KUNV, 91.5 and the 4th and 5th Wednesday at 9am on KCEP, Power 88.1.
Crawford is a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania native who attained her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Howard University. She holds a master’s in business administration – Accounting from the University of Phoenix. Crawford is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated. She also is a member of the Las Vegas Chapter of Girl Friends, Incorporated.
Crawford was recognized by the Las Vegas Urban Chamber of Commerce as one of its 2013 Women in Business Award recipients and has been the recipient of Valley Center Opportunity Zone (VCOZ) business development awards for three consecutive years. Crawford is a visionary leader in her sector; and as a small business Crawford Management Group is an example of how hard work and perseverance pay off.
Crawford is the mother of two – daughter, Aliyha, and son, Nasir. She is a devout “foodie.” In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling, yoga and volunteering in the community.
Ashton Ridley previously worked at College of Southern Nevada (CSN), where he served five years as manager of multicultural affairs. Before working at CSN, Dr. Ridley spent 15 years with Las Vegas public radio station, KCEP-FM, starting as an intern while in high school. He worked in several areas at the station – everything from radio broadcasting to budget management and interim general manager.
The position brings Dr. Ridley back to UNLV, where he earned his bachelor’s degrees in both communication studies and workforce education. He also obtained a certificate in nonprofit management and master’s in public administration from the UNLV School of Public Policy and the school’s doctorate of public policy program.
As a result of his experience at KCEP, he continues to pay it forward and give back in helping students gain professional experience while in college. Dr. Ridley embraces the opportunity to serve the community and mentor future communication professionals.
Dr. Ridley takes the reins of an FM station that has more than doubled its audience and audience share since 2018. According to August Nielsen ratings, KUNV-FM ranks among the top 10 stations in the Las Vegas market for those 45+ with an audience of 123,300 in August. In the past year, the audience has grown from 71,000 to more than 100,000, with market share ranging from 1.0-2.0. The station’s innovative music format, “Jazz & More,” combines familiar hits with upbeat contemporary Jazz. Weekend programming includes Pamela’s Place, Reggae Happenings, the Little Grass Shack, and the Lion’s Den Radio Show.
In addition to his role with KUNV, Dr. Ridley will collaborate with the school’s other media operations, including UNLV-TV and the Rebel Media Group social media agency. As a faculty member, he also teaches a media management class and help manage the school’s concentration in audio production.

Capucine Holmes serves as a Managing Partner and Chief Marketing Officer of Smart Tyme Consultants, LLC. Smart Tyme is a well-renowned company that deals with consultant work for Fortune 500 companies by maximizing their values to reach their goals. Smart Tyme is a certified minority women-owned business. We assess elements of companies and design ways through our expertise in experiential marketing, business development, event production, and management by creating measurable outcomes. We specialize in organizing economic equity through diverse businesses and being an added value. Smart Tyme Consultants client brands include BET, TV ONE, Hilton, NASCAR, Pinterest, EBONY, and many others.
Also, Capucine has an expertise in incorporating programs that are beneficial for the mission of equipping individuals for life within the communities in which she lives. She performed grant writing, grant administration, business management, program development and delivery, budget, team management, administrative, fundraising, public speaking, and relationship management. She has served diligently in Las Vegas for over 20 years. She collaborated with corporations and nonprofits that are effective in the communities in which she serves.
Capucine currently serves as a board member for the National Association of Women Business Owners, Las Vegas Urban League, Hannah Brown Community Development Corporation, Urban Chamber Urban Chamber Community Development Corporation. Also serves on the Human Rights Campaign Steering Committee. She loves the communities of Southern Nevada and loves working with organizations that really make a positive impact on the lives of others. Also, she served on the Board of National Coalition of 100 Black Women and as a member of Girl Friends, Inc.
Capucine Holmes worked for companies such as Ford Motor Company and played an intricate part of the Paint Division for the Expedition and Navigator model implementation format as FTPM Group Leader. She worked for Caesars Entertainment as a Corporate Social Responsibility Manager, Philanthropy and Community Engagement which involved managing sponsor driven partnerships. As a Director of Manpower Inc., serving Nevada and Arizona; she managed a dynamic team that employed over 3,000 employees. Also, she worked as the Director of the Ryan White program. She has an intensive background in Business Strategies and Labor Management. Also, she established strong business relationships with CEO/ Founders of Fortune 500 companies.
Capucine Holmes has a passion to see a diversity of people succeed in the world. She believes that providing people with the tools and resources to be successful within their business, workplace and their daily lives creates successful outcomes for all. Capucine knows that with the community’s commitment and great innovative ideas. Southern Nevada will continue to be effective in the world.
