In an effort to ensure the full implementation of the City of Las Vegas’ HUNDRED Plan, the Urban Chamber Community Development Corporation (UCCDC) has taken a lead role in working with developers, investors, and community stakeholders to see the vision of The HUNDRED Plan come to fruition over the next 5 to 10 Years (The 5 YEAR Plan).
A bold step in this direction was creating and maintaining a Digital Map (Online Database) of all current and planned development in the Historic Westside.
This includes working closely with local architects to design and publicly showcase
Physical
Scale Models illustrating the planned Urban Development of the Historic Westside. This then enabled consensus to be obtained—among local residents, city officials, and other community stakeholders—of the shared Vision and Plan of Implementation for the redevelopment and revitalization of the Historic Westside.
UCCDC now actively facilitates and supports Land Development and Revitalization of The Historic Westside by attracting and securing developers and investors in the redevelopment and revitalization of the Historic Westside.
