The mission of the Historic Westside Revitalization Initiative (HWRI) is to encourage and support Land Development and Revitalization of The Historic Westside by attracting developers, investors, and mutual collaboration among residents, civic leaders, and other community stakeholders.

Serve as a centralized database
Serve as a centralized database of current and planned land development projects in the Historic Westside.
Assist local developers in Securing Investment Capital
for Land Development Projects in the Historic Westside that fuel housing, mixed-use, commercial, cultural, and workforce initiatives across the district.
Encourage and help facilitate resident engagement
in the planning of development and long-term economic, cultural, and social vibrancy of the community.
Utilize The HUNDRED Plan as a guide and framework
for redevelopment and revitalization of The Historic Westside over the next 5 to 10 Years.
